So far this year is off to a great start!

Today I completed the the 3 week EA Sports Active 2 Kick Start program on Easy 🙂

The other days I have been doing the G force workout on XBOX 360 Kinect using My Shape 2012 for the last week and it kick my ass but it is getting easier and easier 🙂 Before that I did some of the other activities

And I have not felt physically this good in a long time!

And I have monitored my weight on the Wii Fit balance board each day… and I now weight 173 pounds.

I am so committed to improving my physical strength, flexibility and stamina that this daily process has been fun and pleasant and is getting funner and better each day!

I am feeling more and more ready to begin Yoga with Gillian B http://www.gillianb.com/ and will be beginning her classes in 2 weeks time.

I have changed my eating habits significantly back to healthy choice in reasonable portions.

I am planning on accelerating my pace towards my physical fitness goals as planning and goal setting is always influenced by your current state… and as my energy and concentration has been improving so quickly it is easy to increase my pace 🙂

 It is great to take what I learned on the U weight loss program as a client and to reapply from that experience some tools for current clients on the program!
