Written by My Dad isn’t a fan of The Donald. Apparently if I understand correctly his point is that The Donald didn’t start with nothing… but was given a good head start by his folks… and therefore his success is not as significant as those who started with a wooden nickle and a dream.
I should say that I’ve never watched the Apprentice and I have only read one of his book so far. I don’t watch much TV and if it wasn’t for the Trump Tower they are building in Toronto I probably wouldn’t have read his book How To Get Rich. As I mentioned in a previous blog I purchased this book June 30, 2004 as I was preparing for a meeting with some of Donald Trump’s associates. The man of steel… Alex Shnaider also has an interest in a small retail clothing company Made In Italy Fashions too which I sold some technology. Long story short… I thought this book would help me understand their mind set better.
I consider this book important in my life not for it’s content per say… but because it was so easy to read… it made me feel that I should start reading more books on business… which I did!
