I picked it up on Monday and have scanned thru it all… and am beginning to to implement some of the pricinples and parts of the various protocols

As well I had a DEXA scan done today 🙂


I have set a 3 month goal of lowering my body fat by 4 kilos and adding 10 kilos of lean mass
This will mean 8.5 kilos of body fat on 79 kilos (174 pounds) nd 11% body fat
I am still working on the exact details 🙂
I am excited about this journey as this year has already been awesome!
