I have not controlled my eating… and drinking (alcohol)

I have not done enough activities…
I have not set a goal lately… and  as other times in the past… I am offtrack with my weight, flexibility and activity levels…
The wii fit correctly pointing out this morning that i was OVERWEIGHT!!!
179 pounds… 5 pounds over the limit… 15 pounds from my goal… 25 pounds from my lowest
My blog is a testament to my many failures… but as always…
today I begin a new life!
